Unable to Login To admin Account

After uploading the classipress theme a few months ago, I have been working on other sites and I am just now getting back to setting up my site.

My issue is that I've forgotten my password. Every time I click "lost your password" I come to an error page that says I didn't enter the Captcha and to click back and try again. But there is no captcha to fill in and I am stuck in this loop over and over.

Any idea how to recover my password here so I can log-in to my /wp-admin?
