Updating classipress 3 to 4

Hello,

I am updating classipress theme 3.3 to 4.x and need some help about this step :

Step 1) Edit your current page that is titled: ‘Ad Listings‘. This page should be an ‘Ad Home Template‘ format. Change the title to ‘Search for…‘ (or similar).

Step 2) Copy and Paste the following shortcodes into the text editor of your page. Make sure to paste it in the Text editor so the formatting doesn’t get copied:

My question is : where are the file "Ad Listing" and Ad Home template to edit ? In wich file to paste the text ? Are these files php file ?
