    Upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5.x

    I think its time to upgrade .... so have to have a structured approach.

    issues on hand...

    1- Upgrade script not able to auto upgrade every thing in one go need code hack.

    2- custom post types and change of urls.
    i- post urls
    ii- category urls

    Possible Solution: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/redirection/faq/

    But will be looking for .htaccess solution....Any one have it?

    cannot find any answer here until now.

    3- Plugins compatibility...


    Way to go ...

    1- backup database and all files.
