    Upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.1.6.

I have a site running CP 3.0.4 on WP 3.0.1.

I'm upgrading to CP 3.1.6 and WP 3.3.1, however this upgrade not described in the guides available here -- http://docs.appthemes.com/classipres...pgrade-guides/

I'd like this upgrade to be as simple as possible. Is it necessary to upgrade to CP 3.0.5 first? Better yet, can someone give me a step-by-step of the orders in which I upgrade CP and WP so as to avoid compatibility issues?
