Upgrate for new version of ClassiPress 3.3 ?

Hi,

my site is http://www.webpromoplus.com

I used a child theme of Classipress... and i want upgrade always for the new version, now it's ClassiPress 3.3 responsive version etc...,

My problem, is i want to be sure to don't lose anything, my database, my version of my site..

I modified some part inside the Classipress theme exemple: i remove the comments (php) etc.. I modified some code in the theme-fonction.php for a plugin etc..

What is my options to upgrade properly? Also, i don't know how can I upgrade your Classipress theme in my wordpress ?

I have this plugin << AppThemes Updater>> "Desactivate" on my site.. can i use it to upgrade my Classipress?
