    What is the way to get official Classipress Support?

    Hi!

    I recently purchased the ClassiPress (old Developer Edition), and I planning to use then. I’m newer in CP and one point not cleared to me is: the direct way to get official support is by posting in this forum? Is there some other way (IM, mail, or other)?
