When placing listing, sometimes uses the default info form & others uses the custom .

Seems to be no rhyme or reason. Driving us nuts. We fill in the correct info form when listing with all of the right info and can see it properly in the backend too. then we press the publish button and all the custom info goes away to the default listing info frome the theme and the proper custom in the backend is actually in raw form under the default info and again does not shw on the listing. WTH is going on? Getting a bit frustrated again and 1st posting looking for help has no helpful response from yesterday. Contacted support@appthemes.com and got an email back saying to hit the link for support that leads me here. Please help...the frustration is real. Another lost day of productivity...
