    Show custom form by default without checking category box?

    Hello. It looks like this has been asked before, but is still unanswered.

    Is it possible to set my custom form to display by default? I do not want the user to check a category box before they can see the form fields.

    Better yet, would be to allow the custom form to take place of the built in form.
