Thread: Where do I download version 3.1?

Where do I download version 3.1?

I have "ClassiPress Developer Edition" and on account page have access to various full versions and version patches (3.0.5.4, 3.1 - 3.1.1 patch, 3.1.1 - 3.1.2 patch, 3.1.2 full). Every release except for 3.1!

I am currently running 3.0.5.4 and wanted to upgrade to latest 3.1.2 , but thought it will be more safe to upgrade to 3.1 first (as there are significant changes, and it comes with database upgrader afaik).

So, while I understand why there is no 3.0.5.4 - 3.1 patch (changes are too significant), why I can't download full 3.1 version?
