    Where are the installation guides?

    The README-FIRST.txt file says, "You can find the entire installation guide online. http://docs.appthemes.com/" yet there is nothing labeled "Installation Guide". There are numerous Upgrade Guides, which are helpful for people who are upgrading, but what about installation guides for people who are doing clean installs?
