I would like to change the text on my submit your listings page

I would like to change the text that appears on the submit an ad page. Right now the first it says:

Please fill in the fields below to post your classified ad. Required fields are denoted by a *. You will be given the opportunity to review your ad before it is posted.

followed by some Lorium Ipsum

the url for this page is: add-new
it is the page that asks for catagorie

How do I change this?
