You are not allowed to submit ad listings.
I have a multisite setup. I have installed the classipress theme and created two child themes. One of the childthemes works fine on the site i'm using it on while the second site install using the child theme created last is not working. I get the error message "You are not allowed to submit ad listings" when i try to create an Ad as the administrator or any other user role. From the back end I unable to upload a banner image. The system just fails without any error messages.
Has anyone experienced this before?
