Ampersand, Hashtag, and Apostrophe in Clipper Emails Convert to HTML Coded Characters
It looks like the characters (&, ', and #) are converted to html code in the system emails sent out by the Clipper theme (especially in GMAIL).
I tested it out on Wordpress (fresh install) to see if it was caused by Wordpress and it isn't.
Also, it doesn't seem to do it in Vantage or Classipress (at least I don't think) either.
Steps to replicate:
1. Install Wordpress
2. Make Website Name: Jason's Web Store and/or Jason's Web Store & Blog
3. Install Clipper.
4. Register a new test user.
5. Look at the registration email in GMAIL.
6. It will convert the subject and references to the website name take directly from %blogname% to this:
Jason's Web Store
Jason's Web Store & Blog

This happens in the subject line and body of emails sent by Clipper.
