    Clipper Installation Issues

    Both the latest version of Clipper and the Development build will not install. I tried a fresh install and because of %20 in the URL twice it would not install the theme and add the demo content. When I removed it from the url and made sure firstrun=1 was at the end of the url it worked. Is it a bug?

    PS Got that url from another forum post about the clipper issue in this forum
