    Clipper: Issue in import coupons having '£' character in coupon_title data

    While I try to import coupons having '£' character data in coupon_title column, Its not importing coupons to site.

    for ex. "Web hosting start at £15.99"

    Please check above example data in coupon_title column, Its fail to import coupon into a website.

    Can you please check this issue. Is it a bug?

    Help me to solve this issue.
