    Clipper Theme and Yoast Google Analytics Plugin

    Has anyone had any issues with the clipper theme and Yoast's Google Analytics plugin? I wanted to use the plugin because is tracks outgoing clicks (aka, my affiliate clicks). I have used the plugin successfully on other themes. It seems to be tracking page views correctly, just not any outgoing links.
