Coupons Expire before they should

In clipper, my coupons appear to be expiring earlier than I expect them to. I set the expiration date to April 30th. On other sites that would mean they actually expire at the end of that day. Clipper seems to expire them at the beginning of the day. Is there a way to change things so the coupon expires at the end of the day.

This is kind of important as the last day of any coupon is the day that gets the best conversion rate. Thanks.
