    Facing problem while uploading theme

    while uploading theme, it doesnot stop saying unpacking the package.. I left it for 6 good hours, and on the lower end part of the page it says, style sheet is missing with the heading (broken themes). Please assist
    Just an overview : I transferred my hosting from hostgator to godaddy, after transferring my hosting I am facing this problem.
    there were three downloadable file in my account. Clipper_dev , Clipper 1.6 , apptheme-updater.
