How to auto remove unreliable and trash coupons

Hi,
as running the site for a while, there are lots of old Unreliable coupons and coupons in the trash, manually remove them takes lots of time, is there a way(cronjob) to remove it?

I don't want to remove them when it is at the day time, I think it may impact the service, I would prefer that I can setup a cronjob to remove it starting from midnight, is there a way to do it? please advice.
