Please explain Draft, Trash and Unreliable coupons in clipper theme.

Hello,

I am running coupons website using clipper with latest theme and WP, but having problem in expired coupons. I am able to see expired coupons still active under active coupons and not expired coupons went to unreliable coupons. Also please explain how coupons goes under draft and unreliable. is there any timing after expiration?

here are some examples.

http://www.couponsforfree.us/stores/sears/ (coupons having expiry date 16th sept 12 is still active)
http://www.couponsforfree.us/stores/kmart/ (coupons having expiry date 23rd sept 12 is under unreliable coupons)

can anyone help?
