    Login issue - taking too long to fix?

    I wonder if the the Appthemes has to offer any solution to the login issue. It's already been too long. I can do nothing with my site if I can't get into the WP admin panel. Also, if I register as a new user clicking the "Register" link, I can't log in using the newly created access details.
