    Documentation on Files & Folder Structure

    [Sorry if this is a repost]
    First of all - great theme guys, I'm really enjoying it.

    I wanted to add some customize features to Clipper. I wanted to create an WP interface to add popular deals to the front page (similar to slickdeals.net). So a quick overview or documentation on the current Clipper files & folder structure would be fantastic.

    For example...
    1. What are the key files i need to pay attention to
    2. What each folder is used for and where it corresponds to in the theme UI
    3. Where the 'coupons' & 'clipper' drop-down menu files for the WP Admin.

    Any help would be great
