    How to block files in my wp-content/upload folder ?

    I would like to know how to block files in my theme/upload folder from search engines and people with direct url links. the reason why I need to do this is because I noticed that my plugins/theme folder files can be downloaded and viewed via google search engine.
    I see this as a Hugh security risk.
