    How to get Email notification for votes in Clipper theme

    I am receiving notifications about when a visitor reported a problem through report a problem option.
    I could not see any option to get the email notification about votes.
    One visitor has given failure voting for the coupon. But the coupon is working actually. That coupon shown under Unleriable coupons list not under Active coupons.
    It is must to get the email notification when a coupon went unreliable coupon.
    Please let me know how is that possible?
