How to prevent the backlink on the /author/authorusername page

Hi,
I find that there are some spammers register on my site and add some bad backlink in the page of /author/authorusername page, I am looking for a solution on this.

Option 1: is there a plugin that can auto add the rel="nofollow" in the backlink, or insert the rel="nofollow" when the page /author/autorusername show up.
Option 2: is there a plugin to auto strip out(or remove) the backlink?

please advise.
