Import Tool Problem

I have tried twice to bulk update coupons via the import tool. Any fields that dont need updating I have left blank. To make sure they go in the right category and store I have filled in the appropriate fields but not the URL's as I thought that Clipper would pick this up and pop it into the right category.

The coupons are being put into the right category or store but it just wipes my affiliate URL's and store URL's so that the coupon doesn't then have a link. It has also lost and shortened some of my titles and changed the url's of some of the stores???
