    Indexing Category or Post or Just Categories

    Hi,

    I have purchased the Clipperpress theme and using it on one of my sites, Question is what's the best way to use it:

    Do i have to use the Individual wordpress post for Indexing or use the one main category ????

    right now i have both enabled and not sure how to handle this, would it be penalized for duplicate content if both post and category shows up in search results.

    Please HELP !!
