new user registered
I keep getting new user registered emails (about 5-10 a day the last few days) None of them seem like real names or emails though. I'm still completely locked out of my admin, but if I ever get back in How can I turn this feature off as it's not something I use or plan to use. This is how my site got messed up. Anyone could register and login and be granted access to anything in wordpress or on my site at their own free will.
