Problem with setting up clipper Payments API payment Using Paypal

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Thanks for your help.
When setting up Payments API using Paypal with the new clipper version I am getting error messages.
I am trying to set up Payments API on the clipper theme on these two sites.

When I leave the page were I enter the coupon information it looks like the site tries to go to page http://golfonlinecoupons.com/order/50/ and I get a massage that says "Oops! This link appears to be broken message"

On site http://apparelcouponsonline.com
it tries to go to page http://apparelcouponsonline.com/order/70/
I get a message:
me="s" value="Search for coupon codes" onfocus="clearAndColor(this)" onblur="reText(this)"/>

I have a host Gator account and i have spoken to them
and they say that the correct server setting are in place.

FSOCKOPEN Check

Your server supports fsockopen so PayPal IPN should work. If not, make sure your server is SSL enabled and port 443 is open on the firewall.



OPENSSL Check

Your server has Open SSL enabled which is needed for PayPal IPN to work. Also make sure port 443 is open on the firewall.
