Questions about modifications

Hello. I have a few questions:

1. What file should I edit (in the child theme) if I want to modify the Add New Coupon form?
2. What file should I edit to modify the content of sidebar that appears on the Edit Profile and the page to create a new coupon?
3. What's the best way of restricting a user's access to certain pages (for example, only admins should be able to access the edit profile page)?
