    Is there a way to reduce the number of Javascript used?

    Hi

    I just ran Yslow on my test site and noticed, it showed 27 external Javascript scripts.

    Can this be reduced to increase page load performance?

    Can a theme developer explain which javascripts do what so that I can then decide which to remove if necessary. I might not need to use them all!
