    Reduce number post show on my blog

    Hi everybody and thank you for you help,
    i have a important question. How can i reduce my blog post show on my blog page or just not show the full post but a preview..

    I mean, on http://www.soluzioneguadagno.it/wordpress/blog/
    how you can see i have a lots of post, and the now if you go to blog, the page need time to loading, because show all the full POST, i would like to ask how to set to show just the last 10 post, or just a preview and then a user can click and see the full post.
