Unable to Add STORE Image, Set as Featured Store

Hi i've just tried to ADD New STORES - Amazon, Flipkart etc ,

While creating New Store ,

- I've given Store name - Amazon, Store URL - Amazon.in , Set as Featured - Yes, Active - Yes .

- I Saved it / Created

- After creating the store, i see the image doesn't show up , also the Set as Featured still show RED ,

Please help .

Also another help needed,

The Featured Stores & Sliders are not showing up on the Homepage . My Site is www.couponscrunch.com . Anyone please visit and do help what do i need todo ?
