Way to Schedule Coupon Expiration Date Including Time of DAY?

I'm actually surprised this feature hasn't been already integrated, as it would seem simple enough to implement and a ton of coupons are now going for 6 hours or 12 hours especially during the holiday season, black friday, etc.

So two things,

1.) please add this feature to the very next version of Clipper! I am sure I am not alone, as I have read various threads that mention having this ability.
2.) In the mean time, what file(s) need to be updated to add this feature, and what coding needs to be added?
3.) Is there any plugin in the marketplace that would do this?
