    WP dashboard in english - front end in spanish

    here is a problem and I need solutions

    I use clipper-es_ES.mo file - every thing is ok - every single english word translated into spanish

    but

    I want my WP dashboard in english and only front end in spanish

    how can I setup my clipper site in this way?
