I keep recieving this error on Adaptive Payment orders in sandbox
Added user 'Bob' with email 'testglam@gmail.com' as receiver
The following error ocurred while trying to make the pay request: "User is not allowed to perform this action"
testglam@gmail.com is a registered test account in the paypal sandbox. I've also created other accounts and nthey dont work either what is the problem here?
