Anspress plugin issue

Hi,

There is a very strange issue I found, when I install a plugin (anspress) the hirebee theme replace the project option from menu by anspress plugin menu, either it is happening from plugin or from hirebee theme, don't know. But please can you tell me how can I install this plugin. I want to create a question and answer area in this theme for my users.
