    appthems updater error & Custom Forms

    hi.
    we i install "appthems updater" plugin the following error occured:
    Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method APP_Theme_Upgrader::display_warning() should not be called statically in .../wp-includes/plugin.php on line 503

    where is the custom forms and categories that we define ?
    where the custom forms and categories that we define should be shown?
    the categories and custom forms are not shown in "post a project" area.
    please guide me
