    Can avatar images show as a fixed size?

    Is there a setting that automatically keeps the avatar image to a pre-defined size?

    Currently any size avatar image will show on the freelancer list.

    Please see the difference in pic size on my attachment. Screen Shot 2014-09-09 at 9.06.55 PM.png
