    Cancel "terms and conditions" and "payment for posting" email notifications

    Currently, when a user posts a project, they receive 2 emails. One says "terms and conditions were not confirmed" and "payment for posting project hasn't cleared" - since we're not charging for listing projects and the terms and conditions are viewed prior to submitting the projects, I'd like to cancel these two notifications.
