Issues with "Contact" and "Leave a Reply" email notifications
1. When unregistered visitors fill in the "Contact" form (beside the Map and Poster) for a specific ad, it doesn't go anywhere even though the message says "Your message has been sent!." However, "Contact" works for registered users. The "Ad Inquiry Form Requires Login" is unchecked, meaning I allow unregistered users to contact the seller.
2. When "Leaving a Reply" to a specific ad, the seller receives the notification that somebody commented on the ad but when the sellers replies to the commenter, the commenter won't receive email notification informing them that the seller replied to their comment. The problem with this is that the commenter might assume that they'll receive an email notification when the seller replies to their comment and won't visit the site until they receive the said seller reply. Also, it's a great inconvenience if the commenter has to go to the site often to check if the seller has finally replied to their comment.
