    Communication between employer & freelancer

    If I want to ask a question to a freelancer that sent in a proposal how is that done. I only see where I can setup project terms and select the freelancer. If a freelancer had a question before applying for the project where would he post his question? I do see a tab for clarification. Sorry for all the question. I am just really testing everything out. Please advise.
