error and question

Hi

1. We have had our paypal approved, ive entered our app id and api info but we are getting this error:

The following error ocurred while trying to make the pay request: "Invalid request parameter: action type PAY_PRIMARY can only be used in chained payments"

2. in the workplace area are the people able to send messages to each other? how does the workplace work? or do they have to email each other?
