    Escrow account failed to connect payment failed

    I have set my account at:
    er1.jpg
    When i logged to setting on payment on my admin page WP
    er2.jpg
    Add all required info to payment gateway:
    er3.jpg
    When i try to use service its shows me error missing escrow info:
    er4.jpg
    when i click on escrow error i have redirected:
    er5.JPG
    when asking for login:
    er6.jpg
    when i select my account it shows me another thing:
    er7.jpg

    Could someone to help me to figured out what is wrong and why its not working?
