    freelancers who fail to win a project should get notification right?

    Hi there, when a project is finally accepted by a user and freelancer, are all other freelancers who sent in proposals supposed to get a notification telling them they did not get the job? Right now my other freelancers who dont win the job do not seem to be notified of this. Is this a bug here?
