Hirebee Registration form with Membership Plugin popup Registration form

Hi ,

We are using Hirebee parent theme and Freelancerr child theme ( Hirebee child theme ) on our multisite. its a subdirectory site structure. We use Membership plugin for our full site to manage site registration and subscription levels. we are looking for a way to integrate the freelancer registration form with our membership plugin so that while users are registering to our site , they can choose the options of user types as a Employer ( Service Requester or contractor) or Freelancer ( Service provider ) or BOTH and then enable both( freelancer a employer) the dash board menus of users (my-account).

Can someone provide instructions how i can achieve that or point me in right direction.
