Hirebee Stripe Connect issues
Hi,
I am facing an issue with Stripe Connect.
When the employer paid the freelancer, an Hirebee message was sent to the employer saying "Stripe Transfer method ::create did not succeed. You have insufficient funds in your Stripe account. One likely reason you have insufficient funds is that your funds are automatically being paid out; try enabling manual payouts by going to https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts."
In fact, the money the employer paid is on Stripe and is programmed to go to my own account in a few days.
- Stripe advises to change teh payout method from auto to manual. Is that ok with Hirebee ?
- By the way, in order the freelancer to be paid (instead of me receiving the money), Stripe asks me to update the source transaction beginning wich ch..., as this source transaction was not filled in. This source transaction is located in the zone : payment page section connexion. Could you please help me to find this section ?
Is there anything I could do in order this issue does not appear again ?
