Hirebee theme challenges

Hi there,

We are having challenges with the Hirebee template:
1. Users can not apply for a project. When they send a proposal, the project owner isn’t receiving the project proposal so that they can approve
2. When you open a freelancer, how does one hire a freelancer when they want them to work on their project
3. Please explain how the ratings work as well as credits.
