slider widget with freelancers

Hi There,

I would like to have widget in one of the sidebars with a slider showing availble freelancers.
It would need to show their name, profile picture and description, changing every 5 seconds or so...
Is this something that could be done insalling an already availble plugin or would this require actual programming of code in the Hirebee theme?
