How can the most important feature of this theme not work? WHAT A JOKE!!

Dear Appthemes,

I have been testing your themes that i bought for $200 and it seems they all come with bugs. Now, i would prefer to be given advice on solving this bugs but if this is not possible i would like a full refund and if this is not possible i will have to go through paypal dispute.

1st. I have tried to contact you and you have told me to use the forums which has brought me no help.
2. The problem i am experiencing now has MANY posts on forums with NO Help see links below:
this 'moderator' dimiris seems to tag the posts as [solved] when other consumers have given up asking for help

^^ the answer from the 'moderator' here is to check 'another browser' HAHA, is it not meant to be responsive, what sort of answer is this from a 'moderator'
The issue is all the same: the post button does not appear on Hirebee
ALSO, with Clipper, AGAIN the nav bar does not work on the homepage and it is LOADED WITH BUGS, pages with content are full with white areas and its terrible.


But anyway this is about Hirebee, this theme, the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT, DOES NOT SHOW!
I would prefer help to fix this bug but if it is not possible please let me know so i can get a refund
